Following our initial zoom you will have a plan to begin enjoying food without addiction and or options and actions in order to begin your cleanse process.
A second zoom can be a good idea once you have begun to implement the plan to discuss how you are feeling keep up the momentum or discuss withdrawl symptoms or die off and symptoms of Herxheimer
